poultry  as  well  as  Dairy  farming  areas  across  the  country  due  to  increased  awareness  towards

environment. Besides, surrounding local population blames poultry farmers in their vicinity for the fly

problem. Moreover there is also a lot of confusion among poultry farmers concerning effectiveness of

currently  available  chemical  or  pesticide  oriented  fly  control  products  &  measures.  Heavy  &

indiscriminate use of current fly control products (May be Feed Through or Direct Spray) made them

ineffective & there is a concern of environmental pollution with such pesticide products.

So, there is a requirement of

product. This can be done by voluntarily adopting the Natural & Holistic fly management system, which

requires sound managemental & hygienic practices.

1. Keeping Litter or Bedding material Dry.

2. Avoiding spillage of drinking water on litter or bedding material by regularly changing old watering

lines.

3. In case of Dairy Farms, regular scrubbing of manure.

4. Managing poultry or cattle manure in such a way that it dries down fast & be unattractive as a breeding

site. 

 ZOFLY  is one such product which makes the litter dry and effectively addresses the issue of

preventing fly breeding. And by ensuring dry litter it facilitates larval control and inturn fly control.

3. MODE OF ACTION

It is an animal feed supplement. It keeps the litter dry and since atleast 70% moisture is required
